That is why we have developed our Assured range of Services Agreements, Choose the level of Assured Cover you want – CORE, PRIME or OPTIMUM. Then if you need more, select one of our two Bolt-On options for clients who have CCTV systems or the reassurance our OUT OF TOWN service delivers.
All our Service Packages include special discounted rates against our normal service tariff so you will even save money if you need to call us out. Better yet, all packages include our friendly experts’ advice and technical assistance just a phone call away.
CORE : £30 Per Month, 12 Month Contract. Our base package, giving you an annual service visit coupled with free 1hr a month telephone support and no Call Out/1st Hour Premium to our visits. (Just pay our follow-on hourly rate)
PRIME : £60 Per month, 12 Month Contract. Our most popular package, based on the CORE Pack, but in addition, your first hour visit is free, we discount our follow on hours and any replacement hardware as well. Oh, and free, unlitmited telephone support and advice.
OPTIMUM : £120 Per month, 12 Month Contract. Our top package, NO CALL OUT and NO FOLLOW ON Hourly Charges. Discounted replacement hardware, Free unlimited telephone support and we install one of our unique support PC’s into the property to allow us to monitor, support and manage systems remotely. Ultimately this can allow us to spot issues before you know there is one!
BOLT-ON Options There are two simple additions to our subscription packs. These are available as an addition to either our PRIME or OPTIMUM packs.
CCTV Support : £25 Per Month This provides an additional service visit, so we will visit every 6months. Cleaning the cameras and checking thier view and sight lines, adjusting where required or if your requirements change.
OUT-OF-TOWN Systems Check : £25 Per Month If you travel out of town or don’t use your UK property all the time, our OUT-OF-TOWN service has us visiting your property just before you return to turn-on, check and test your systems. If there are issues we will make every attempt to rectify before you return. At the very least you will know there is an issue and it is being delt with before you return.
We work with a number of other trades on projects and have a number of tame trades (electricans, plumbing/heating engineers & builders). If you would like us to offer a bespoke package that covers all the services in your property please arrange a meeting and survey so that we can discuss your requirements.
All hardware required to rectify faults or breakdowns within a property is chargeable separately. Supply and install costs will always be proposed and agreed beforehand. All costs include VAT at the prevailing UK Rate.
