Our contracts are subject to our terms and conditions (supplied with your Assured Service Proposal). Please read them, if you are happy then sign and return your proposal, your support service will usually start at the begining of the following month.
The contract will last until you finish it. You have a minimum contract term of TWELVE months, after which we hope our service is good enough to keep you with us. If not, you just need to give us THREE months notice to cancel.
If you have an issue with your system then we expect you to tell us through either the email, web portal or phone number provided to you.
The contracts are for our labour only, any hardware or the labour required to replace it will be costed at our agreed, discounted Assured Service rate
You will allow us have access to your systems remotely and on-site as required. As part of this any hardware or software we need to monitor and control your systems will be discussed with you and remain on your network. Any deletion or removal that subsequently needs restoration will incur a fee outside of our standard rates.
Unless agreed in writing you will not permit any person other than Tech-Concierge or its agents to add any services or equipment to the systems or hardware covered by your agreement.
All Call-Out charges and hardware supplies are payable on completion of our visit. We accept all major credit cards as well as BACS payments.
For our Assured Services, you will pay us on time by direct debit or BACS, 14 days after invoice for the services outlined in your contract, plus any charges outside of those specified.
We do not carry or cover equipment replacement unless specifically requested, these will be managed and costed seperately.
