Call Out Tarrifs

Below are our standard rates for our Tech-Concierge Support and Service throughout London and the Home Counties. If you or one of your residents’ / propertys’ needs us to attend more urgently, we are happy to do so and our enhanced or premium costs will apply.

STANDARD – Weekday Call Out, 8am – 5pm – 5 Working Days response time (Per Man / inc VAT)
(usually far prompter if we are already in the area)

Call Out & First Hour = £150.00
Follow-On Hours = £100.00

Half Day (Up to 4 Hours on Site) = £360.00
Full Day (Up to 8 Hours on Site) = £540.00

ENHANCED – Weekday Guaranteed Call Out or Evening Call Out – 72Hr Response (Per Man / inc VAT)

First Hour = £250.00
Follow-On Hours = £175.00

PREMIUM – Weekend, Bank Holiday or Urgent Call Out – 24Hr Response (Per Man / inc VAT)

First Hour = £350.00
Subsequent Hours = £250.00

All hardware required to rectify faults or breakdowns within a property is chargeable separately.
Supply and install costs will always be proposed and agreed beforehand.

Tech-Concierge also offer a Monthly Support Subscription and a unique ‘Turn-On’ service where we will visit the property, check all the tech systems are working as they should before the client arrives in the country. Please contact us if either of these services are of interest.

Payment Terms
Payment due on completion of any Support Visit or Hardware Supply.
For all other Install Projects, Charges & Payment Terms agreed in advance.
Credit Card Payments from all major cards accepted

All charges & prices include VAT and is applied at the national rates.
Vehicle Travel may be charged at 40p per mile, per vehicle used.(agreed before engagement)
Parking, Tickets, Charges, Additional Travel and Accommodation costs (Flights, Trains, Hotels etc.) will be charged at cost + 15% handling + VAT.
